Q74 Blue Ballerina
Reverse Appliqué in Silhouette. Includes Hanging Sleeve.
I got the idea for this one from the old Kay Jewelers commercials – all silhouette except the diamonds. I did the same but added blue/green/aqua Swarovski Crystals. The shoe laces are done by couching on my long arm machine. It is meant to give the impression of the dancer “swirling”. This gives homage to a favorite Styx song “Ballerina”.
